11 Vegan Friendly Restaurants In Kolkata
January 14th, 2023
The land of fish isn’t that unfriendly to vegans after all. There was a time when finding a vegetarian dish (without eggs) in Kolkata would be a struggle, but now, there are many vegetarian places and sufficient that are willing to veganise their dishes for you. There is still a long way to go with some restaurants refusing to entertain my requests. And there is still elementary confusion about what is vegan and what’s not. But the ball is rolling and as conscious eaters step out and request plant-based options, education will happen. As #TheFutureisPlantBased
