Beyoncé and Jay-Z Challenge Fans To Go Vegan!
Queen B(ee) and Jay-Z made headlines again by urging their fans to adopt a plant-based lifestyle.
In the intro of Greenprint: Plant-Based Diet, Best Body, Better World, a book written by Marco Borges, Beyoncé's personal trainer, the couple (parents to three children) shared how becoming parents changed their outlook towards life and what they eat.
"Having children has changed our lives more than anything else...we used to think of health as a diet – some worked for us, some didn’t. Once we looked at health as the truth, instead of a diet, it became a mission for us to share that truth and lifestyle with as many people as possible.”

They also stated that it will take more than just a few people to make an impact, adding “We want to challenge you, as we challenge ourselves," to help make a difference.
“We all have a responsibility to stand up for our health and the health of the planet. Let’s take this stand together. Let’s spread the truth. Let’s make this mission a movement. Let’s become 'the Greenprint.'”
Beyoncé famously switched to veganism in 2013 and has been switching back and forth since then. Last year, she stuck to a plant-based diet in March 2018 ahead of her Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival performance in April.
Do you think the Grammy Award-winning couple will make a complete switch to a vegan lifestyle in 2019? And would you take up their challenge to go vegan? Let us know in the comments!
