House Of Seitan, Bangalore They call themselves a “contemporary style urban bistro founded to offer you your favourite food with a healthy twist.” And, based on their menu, it looks like they deliver on their promise. The founders, Roma Roy Choudhary and Pradeep Rao, aim to give you healthy food that’s tempting and tasty!

They serve vegetarian food and a majority of their options are vegan-friendly, too. They’ve got all your bistro favourites, like:

Why Seitan?

Co-founder Roma gave up meat after a trip to Singapore, where she sampled mock Mysore Mutton made from seitan! She enjoyed it so much, she decided to bring the same sinful (yet guilt-free), food to her base in Bangalore.

We believe that healthy eating should not be a compromise, that is why we have handcrafted delicious flavours to go with our burgers, pita pockets and sandwiches which make our menu not just palatable but also extremely appetizing.
