Digital Influencer Kusha Kapila Announces She's Vegan

Veganuary is upon us and many people are using the time to go vegan for January - so it seems right that another influential personality is embracing veganism.

Kusha Kapila, a digital influencer who has amassed a huge fan following thanks to her comedy videos, took to Instagram to share the news that she has turned vegan. While we don't know what's prompted the decision(Veganuary? Health? Animal rights?) we sure are glad to see another well-known face adopt veganism.

Her message was cryptic so we're not able to ascertain whether her choice includes both a vegan diet + lifestyle or just the diet. Either ways, it's good to know that more people are waking up to veganism and sharing their stories! Seems likely that she's started on a plant-based lifestyle, kudos to that! That's one step in the right direction!

In the past couple of months, several celebs and influencers have announced how they are embracing a plant-based diet, from Shraddha Kapoor to Malaika Arora and others. Let's hope they can all use their platform for good, spread the message and encourage their followers as well!
