Farm-to-Table Restaurant Kiara Soul Kitchen serves a largely Vegan Menu in Greater Kailash

Kiara Soul Kitchen is a holistic vegetarian fine-dining restaurant founded by two brothers - Manav and Madhav Windlass. Both Manav and Madhav are culinaires and foodies at heart who followed their instinct to create a unique and modern dining experience inspired from world cuisine. Their restaurant serves innovative and nutritionally sound vegetarian food out of which 60% dishes are vegan by default.

“Vegetarian fine-dining space has a huge vacuum. And despite having a large population of vegetarians, Indians can’t think beyond Paneer Tikka and Rajma Chawal...or Haldiram’s and Bikanervala, when it comes to vegetarian food in India. That was the gap we wanted to plug", says Manav Windlass, the elder of two brothers.

Purity comes from the ingredients - the vegetables are sourced locally from farms and are fresh, healthy, and preservative-free. The restaurant emanates purity, too, with a pleasing and calming ambience with minimalistic decor and lighting. 

The spirit of innovation can be seen in all the dishes - new recipes are formulated frequently as the chefs flex their creative arms and come up with fusion dishes which are a burst of flavours. Innovation can also be seen in how the dishes are served and plated. Each dish a gram-worthy piece of art, dining at Kiara Soul Kitchen is a complete sensory experience.

Lastly, Kiara is a project of mindfulness which responsibly serves cuisine that has nutrition and well-being at its heart. It aims to bring the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to modern-day requirements such as a Keto diet - and create food that satisfies the soul.

“Madhav and me we would often discuss doing something together and realized this was a common passion. Having complementary skill sets, Kiara was a natural progression. With the mentorship of our parents we felt we could create a good value proposition for the customers as well.” says Manav.

Kiara strives to serve food with new and unique flavours, innovative combinations of sauces, condiments and spices, nouveau serving styles and never-seen-before cooking techniques. They are soon opening a new restaurant in Ashok Vihar, Phase II.
