The Instructors

Dr. Rashmi Menon, and health coaches Nandini Gulati and Bhavna Kapoor will guide you through how to take your health into your own hands with tips on how to overcome high blood pressure, digestive issues and osteomalacia, as well as weight loss.

Dr. Rashmi Menon: A doctor who heals without medicine, Dr. Menon is a medical doctor and counselor with over 18 years of clinical experience in holistic healing.

Nandini Gulati: Nandini is a health coach, public speaker and corporate trainer with a unique approach to healthy living. She integrates the natural wisdom of the body with the latest scientific findings of nutrition and lifestyle.

Bhavna Kapoor: Bhavna is a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, New York. She has 29 years of training in Iyengar Yoga and is deeply devoted to the study and practice of healing through the elements of nature.
