Gluten Free, Vegan Pancakes and Waffles using Sofit Soya Chocolate Flavoured Drink

Who knew pancakes and waffles could be tasty, nutritious, and indulgent? Follow this recipe to the tee and make the most satisfying breakfast meal which will give you the required dose of energy to start your day on a high.

Let’s make gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan pancakes!

You’ll need -

Ingredients:

½ cup/ 110 gm Sofit Soya Chocolate flavoured drink 

½ cup/ 70 gm oat flour 

¼ cup/ 25 gm almond flour

1 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder 

¼ tsp sea salt

½ ripe banana/ 35 gm

2 Tbsp/ 20 gm jaggery powder 

½ tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:

Step 1. In a dry bowl, combine the oat flour, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sea salt.

Step 2. In a separate bowl, combine ripe banana with jaggery powder, Sofit Soya Chocolate flavoured drink 

and vanilla extract. 

Step 3. Now, whisk the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Step 4. Let the batter rest for 5-7 mins

Step 5. On the stove, heat a pan with some oil. 

Step 6. Take a ladle and scoop onto the pan and cook on one side for 2-3 minutes.

Step 7. Flip the pancake when you see bubbles forming and leaving holes on the top surface.

Step 8. Now let the other side cook well.

Step 9. Serve hot!
