How to make Bhutte ki Khees with Sofit Soya Naturally Sugar free drink

This festive season, try an Indori bhutta specialty - Bhutte ki Khees that is creamy, spicy, tangy and corn-y in the best possible way!
You’ll need -
¼ cup Sofit Soya Naturally Sugar-free drink
2 corn, grated
½ tsp cornstarch
½ tsp salt
1 Tbsp oil
1/8 tsp mustard seeds
¼ tsp cumin seeds
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 green chili, finely chopped
4-5 curry leaves, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger, finely chopped
Method:
Step 1. In a pan, heat the oil, and temper it with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, green chili, finely chopped, 4-5 curry leaves, and ginger.
Step 2. Add in the grated corn, and sautee for 2-3 mins.
Step 3. Make a cornstarch slurry using Sofit Soya Naturally Sugar Free drink, cornstarch, and a tiny bit of salt.
Step 4. Add the slurry into the pan while stirring continuously.
Step 5. Let the mixture cook for 7-10 minutes.
Step 6. Take off the heat, then add 1 tsp lime juice, mix well and serve topped with grated coconut (fresh/ dry) and fresh coriander.
Step 7. Serve warm!
