Instant Vegan Scrambled Eggs Coming Soon to India

Can you believe there’s a scrambled egg substitute and it’s so easy to make? The product made by JUST (previously known as Hampton Creek) scrambles just like a chicken egg but is free from all kinds of antibiotics, cholesterol, animal products and requires little water. The coolest part, being the fact that it’s made up of Moong Dal (mung bean).

The company behind this innovation, JUST, launched the product at the end of 2017 across various restaurants in the USA. According to a few publications, they’ve now decided to go global, as the company is set to launch its plant-based alternatives in Asian markets namely Japan, China and India in the coming months.

JUST also offers other products like mayo, dressings and is working on launching lab cultured meat in the coming years.

We see plant-based alternatives being launched in other countries regularly but isn’t it amazing to finally see a plant-based product being introduced by companies like JUST in the Indian market? Can’t wait to try this as soon as it launches!
