The brainchild of husband-wife duo Ashni and Varun Sheth, the name NOTO comes from a small town in Sicily, Italy, known for its world-famous gelato and granita; a name the duo fell in love with.

Founded in 2019, NOTO was born to revolutionize the way people consume sweets. It's a common myth that if it's easy on the calories, it's not going to satiate those taste buds - the aim is to disrupt this misconception.  

For some years, India has seen an increase in the demand for plant-based alternatives. While plant-based meats and other alternatives have come a long way, the community still craves ice cream and desserts. NOTO's vegan ice creams come in a variety of flavors that you won't find anywhere else. The hero flavor of the range is the Hearty Vegan, aka Dark chocolate. With chunky cocoa nibs, this creamy, dreamy flavor with ZERO added sugar is extremely addictive and feels like a warm hug on a cold day.

Next up is the Lovely Vegan AKA Pistachio, made using 100% authentic pistachio paste; the taste is light and subtle with a luxuriously creamy texture. The Mango and Raspberry is another winner in the VEGAN Range. A delightful and unexpected combination of sweet mango and swirls of tangy raspberry, this one is a must-try. Also part of the vegan range is Mocha Almond and Salted caramel.

If you are a fan of popsicles, NOTO has six low-calorie flavors, has ZERO added sugar, and is 100% Vegan! 

The flavors are made with 40% real fruit (unsweetened), apple concentrate (not the one that comes in a tetra pack), vitamin C, and prebiotic fiber.
