Join India's Biggest Vegan Festival, One Earth, In Mumbai On December 2nd 2018

The largest vegan festival in India is back with its 3rd instalment!

The One Earth Festival 2018 is happening on Sunday, December 2nd and this year’s showcase will bring together even more vegan brands, products and organizations.    

The Theme 

Started by the Ahimsa Parmo Dharma Group, the One Earth festival (earlier called the Ahimsa Vegan Festival) is dedicated to promoting an Ahimsak lifestyle – and this continues to be the overall theme in year three as well, with a focus on compassionate living, health and the environment. Consciousness in all aspects of life!

The festival is more than just a showcase of vegan products – it’s an immersive experience that creates awareness about cruelty-free living and helps make it accessible.

What's In Store

The largest showcase of vegan brands, businesses, products and services under one roof! The festival caters to everyone - the vegan-curious, transitioning vegans or people who are already leading in an Ahimsak lifestyle.

With a wide array of products ranging from vegan pantry essentials (Urban Platter) to vegan leather bags (Gowma) and recycled pencils (Treewise), you can shop till you drop!

Some other brands to watch out for: FOReT cork products, Suckin eco-friendly straws, Second Nature juices, Amyra Naturals and Cup-A-Cake vegan bakes (This 13-year-old happens to be the youngest participant at the festival!) 

When you support vegan brands, you help them grow - and inspire more people to launch vegan and vegan-friendly businesses! When the market expands, vegan products and services are more easily available to the people who want them.

This Year's Speakers

The Nutriva Pavilion and Environmental Pavilion will host talks by an impressive array of speakers, with a focus on cruelty-free living, compassion, health and the environment. The festival has an impressive line up of speakers, including:

• Dr Pramod Tripathi, Freedom From Diabetes: Freedom From Diabetes, Obesity & Lifestyle Diseases 
• Dr Nandita Shah, SHARAN: Conquering Cancer 
• Nithya Shanti, Spiritual Teacher: Compassion - I Am Another You

There are also close to 50 NGOs participating, including PETA, FIAPO, SHARAN, Rehabilitation For The Handicapped, Association Of Organic Farmers and Welfare Of Stray Dogs. 

The Fitness Panel

There's also a panel discussion around the topic Life As A Vegan Fitness Athlete, moderated by mountaineer Kuntal Joisher. Panel members include:

• Dharmendra Kumar, Running coach
• Siddharth Shukla, India's first Vegan Ironman
• Aman Duggal, fitness trainer and CEO, Alpharaj
• Shayamal Vallabhjee, founder HEAL Institute

All that walking around is bound to work up an appetite - and the One Earth Fest has got you covered! 

You'll find dairy-free ice creams, vegan cakes and bakes as well as hearty meals from your favourite vegan-friendly restaurants and cafes.
