Know more about Priya, the only vegan candidate for Master Chef India Season 7 in 2023
January 4th, 2023
Numerous research conducted over the years have shown that plant-based diets are the healthiest to adhere to. Many people make the bold decision to replace all the steaks and eggs in their refrigerators with fruits, veggies every December or early January. In many cases, this is followed by a protracted period of adjustment during which time is spent reading labels, determining the proper macros and micros, and running out of recipes to prepare at home. Eventually, the resolution (like most resolutions) becomes as unattainable as the happiness of the previous holiday season. Nevertheless, the start of a new year brings with it fresh resolutions.
And if one of yours is to become vegan or eat a more plant-based diet in 2023, we strongly suggest that you follow an amazing Indian vegan chef whose Instagram account serves as evidence that a life spent eating cruelty-free and ethically sourced plant-based ingredients is far from a saga of endless bowls of bland salads. And if you seek a desi tadka to your chef inspiration, then the seventh season of MasterChef India (2023), featuring incredible participants, is where you must cast your gaze. You will be excited to know that this year’s MasterChef India features plant-based foodie and chef, Priya Vijan.
The best of the best in MasterChef India 2023
Sony TV is back with India’s most favourite cooking reality show MasterChef India Season 7 (2023) with amazing contestants. Beginning with audition rounds, MasterChef India 2023 will introduce all prospective home cooks and competitors. Then the top 36 cooks will be chosen after numerous audition rounds, and the top 16 contenders will have their names printed on the MasterChef apron. These 16 top chefs will compete in this event, and only one will emerge as MasterChef India 7's victor. Speaking of the judges, Chef Vikas Khanna, Chef Ranveer Brar, and Chef Garima Arora will serve as hosts and judges for MasterChef India 2023. That being said, one of the most intriguing participants has got to be the vegan chef participating this year.
Apart from being a plant-based foodie and chef, Priya Vijan leads Wellcure, a brand that has a vision to transform the health map of India through application of Nature's laws. She wants to make natural health mainstream and a day-to-day experience by encouraging, supporting and inspiring people to take charge of their health.

Priya shares her take on her plant-based journey
The belle shares her two cents on her sustainable food journey, “Food is an emotion for me of being nurtured, love, generosity and faith. My food defines my journey towards believing that food has the power to heal you and many of you have lived that with me. With a beautiful amalgamation of simple ingredients and flavors, you can create your own plant lab moving towards great health. With this belief, I would love to share my food, which is plant-based, nutritious, delectable, and fun. I have gathered over 10 years around food, health and fitness which makes the plant-based journey easy.”
