The Workshop
Pooja is conducting a special vegan workshop in Mumbai that will equip you with the skills you need to create a wide range of desserts at home.
The 5-hour class will cover 6 desserts - that means 6 different kinds of sweets, beyond just cakes and cupcakes!
What’s On The Menu?
This class really pushes the boundaries in terms of what you’ll learn. The recipes range from simple chocolate truffles to intricately layered cakes and no-churn ice cream.
- Pistachio Praline Cake With Raspberry Mousse And Crunchy Pistachio Praline: Moist pistachio sponge filled with raspberry mousse, raspberry sauce and crunchy caramelised pistachios
- Hazelnut Rochers (Vegan Ferrero Rocher): Crunchy wafer shells filled with gooey hazelnut and chocolate filling, coated in dark chocolate and slow roasted hazelnut.
- Rum And Raisin Truffles: Rich, fudgy chocolate balls with chewy rum-soaked raisins coated in dark chocolate.
- Raspberry Ice-Cream With Raspberry Sauce (No churning required!): Gelato-style raspberry ice cream made without ice-cream machine served with tangy sweet raspberry sauce made in-house from scratch
- Mixed Nut Praline Fudge: Chocolate squares composed of a soft, melt-in-the-mouth chocolate base and crunchy caramelised roasted nuts. Dipped in dark chocolate.
- Chocolate Red Wine Cupcakes: Chocolate sponge soaked in raspberry red wine syrup, filled with raspberry filling and topped with raspberry red wine mousse.
Chef Pooja breaks it down into easy-to-digest steps, making each dessert approachable and easy to recreate in your own kitchen.
