Make All-purpose Cheesy Sauce with Sofit Soya Naturally Sugar Free drink

To make the Make All-purpose Cheesy Sauce, you need:

Ingredients:

¼  cup Sofit Soya Naturally Sugar-free drink 

2 potatoes, boiled and peeled/ 165 gms

1 small carrot, peeled and boiled/ 23 gms

½ red pepper, roasted then seeds and skin removed/ 30 gms

3 florets of cauliflower, steamed/ 40 gms 

¼ cup + 1 Tbsp oil 

1 Tbsp Tahini

2 tsp lime juice 

6 jalapenos in brine

3 Tbsp jalapeno brine juice

1 Tbsp tomato paste

1 Tbsp Tahini

1 tsp arrowroot powder

¼ cup nutritional yeast

½ tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp smoked paprika

¼ tsp chili powder

¼ tsp brown sugar

½ tsp salt/ more to taste

2 ice-cubes

Method:

Blend until all the ingredients have incorporated well and you get a thick, smooth cheese sauce - and you’re done!

Drizzle on nachos, in burgers and sliders, as a dip for fries, or as a dressing on your favorite salad.
