Make This At home: Tiramisu Pots using Sofit Almond drink

To make the vegan Tiramisu Pots, you need:





Ingredients:

¾ cup Sofit Almond Unsweetened drink  

¼ cup of rolled oats

¼ cup cooked chickpeas

6 dates, pitted

2 Tbsp cocoa powder

1 Tbsp coffee

1/8 tsp salt 

¼ tsp vanilla extract

2 Tbsp chickpea cooking liquid/ water

Method:

Step 1. Finely grind ¼ cup of rolled oats. Set it aside.

Step 2. In the same blender, combine cooked chickpeas, 6 dates, cocoa powder, coffee, salt, vanilla extract, Sofit almond drink, and 2 Tbsp chickpea cooking water.  

Step 3. Add in the ground oats, and pulse twice

Step 4. Add in 1 Tbsp chia seeds and mix well. 

Step 5. Refrigerate overnight/ for 4-6 hours at least.

Step 6. Before serving, combine the cashew yoghurt with sugar. 

Step 7. Now transfer the oats mixture to two cups, top with sweetened vegan yoghurt and dust some cocoa powder on top. Voila!
