The response was overwhelming and really helped us gauge what people were looking for," says Namrata. Namrata was determined to take this step to make good quality oat milk accessible for many like her.

When it comes to switching to healthier alternatives, people always have this misconception that it may be a “downgrade” or will take some “getting used to.” Slicc aims to break such misconceptions. "Being an oat milk lover myself, I wanted others to experience the same feeling of ease I felt when I transitioned out of consuming milk," adds Namrata.
