Right from being a stand alone vegan place in the city of Kolkata, they are now set to join the ranks of many other vegan joints in Mumbai. They have started delivering their animal-saving vegan fare that is also finger-licking good from 15th September, 2021. Posed as Mumbai’s first 100% vegan cafe cum multi brand cloud kitchen, the brand intends to open outlets in 3 more cities and by 2023 they will be present in every metro city and few tier-II cities as well. 

An insight into the kind of food you can savour at Ubuntu Eat

The founders have designed a whole new vegan menu in Mumbai. But don’t let the meaty names on their menu confuse you, for this is purely a plant-based eatery. Their interesting offerings will include delicious Kolkata style Biryani, a spate of Indian dishes, Continental fare and Middle eastern food. In addition to this variety, they shall present Chinese dishes which are already hit in their Kolkata cafe. 

Since their goal is to veganize people's fav non vegan food without changing much about its taste, texture, emotions and cost; they have created a splendid menu to achieve precisely this.

What the future holds for this exciting vegan cafe

Near the end of this month they are planning a mock meat snack launch party at their outlet  in Andheri West. Mumbai is their first franchise and they intend to launch two more cloud kitchens brands specializing in Mughlai and Oriental cuisine in Mumbai. It's exciting to see the brand grow and evolve, because with such delectable dining options; the vegan movement will grow too!
