1. Eat when Hungry

Don't follow a clock or diet chart to eat. Just listen to your body's hunger signals.

2. Drink Before Thirsty

We are 70% water. Keep yourself hydrated to ensure better circulation, oxygenation, nutrient supply across the body, and to keep lethargy and laziness at bay.

3. Have a Still mind and Moving Body

Practise calming activities like meditation, hobbies etc. and in addition to regular exercxises, keep moving your joints, and choose the more active options in your daily life like taking the staircase, walking for short distances etc.

4. Rest Enough

We can't stress enough on this point. It's one of the most important and easily ignored ingredient to a healthy lifestyle.

5. Breathe

Have you noticed that we don't breathe to our lung's capacity? Our breaths are shallow and incomplete. The most basic thing in life which when not done right can cause lack of oxygenation, impaired cellular function, lack of concentration etc. Practise belly breathing whenever you can. Focus on your breath once in a while. It makes you feel much calmer and is very beneficial for the body.

6. Listen to your Body

Our body talks a lot to us but instead of listening to her messages we either get scared or just ignore her. Some "diseases" are just symptoms or our body demanding some attention, tender, loving care for her to attain equilibrium and function well.

Meditate, Take a Deep Breath sounds so clichéd, right? But there is a good reason for that!
