Young climate activist Greta Thunberg has a sassy response for Celeb Flexing His Supercar Emissions
December 29th, 2022
Greta Thunberg, a well-known young climate activist, has often found herself trending on the social media platform due to a bait at her efforts in climate action. And, she has garnered praise online once more, though this time for completely different motives. She has had more than her fair share of online trolls and contempt due to her reputation for leading global marches and giving speeches that urge young people and governments to take action. In the most recent instance, notorious media personality and former professional kickboxer Andrew Tate who is known for his misogynistic remarks had a heated social media exchange with Thunberg.

Discover how Andrew Tate baited Greta on Twitter
It all began when Tate tagged Greta Thunberg in a tweet. In the tweet he boasted about his collection of "33 automobiles" and their "enormous emissions" and appeared to be teasing her. He then asked the well-known Swedish climate activist for her email address so he could send her a complete list of all of his vehicles along with their individual emissions.
To Tate's tweet asking her to kindly enlighten her, the climate activist replied, "email me at smalld*ckenergy@getalife.com."
Twitter users swarmed to the reply box to make jokes or vent their annoyance with Tate, but Thunberg's astute response to Tate was the highlight of the entire exchange. It urged him to enlighten her and offered an insulting, fictitious email address in order to do so.
The aftermath of the Twitter exchange
After giving British-American media personality Andrew Tate a harsh retort, Greta Thunberg is once again trending on Twitter. The former kickboxer's four-syllable response to Thunberg's rejoinder, "How dare you?," fell short of expectations. Twitter users flocked to Thunberg's tweet's reply box to declare their support for her
and mock Tate.
Past cases of Greta’s clashes with political figures
Thunberg and former US President Donald Trump have frequently interacted on Twitter, causing a highly-watched online split. In the most well-known, Trump encouraged Thunberg to go "to an old-fashioned movie with a pal" and treat her "anger management problems" on Twitter. He concluded by saying, "Chill, Greta, chill!" The adolescent didn't reply to the tweet until afterwards.
The entire world watched as Trump had an online "meltdown" during the 2020 US Elections when Democrats started to gain ground. He insisted that the votes stop being counted and levelled numerous allegations of electoral fraud. Thunberg took the chance and replied to one of these Tweets with, "So ridiculous. Donald must work on his Anger Management problem, then go to a good old fashioned movie with a friend! Chill Donald, Chill!"
Clearly, the adolescent continues to be subjected to criticism from politicians, conservative figures, and of course, climate change denialists, and she has responded to each and every one of them with clever replies!
