Ingredients
Chocolate Nibs – 2 tbsp
Banana - 1
Pomegranate Seeds – 2 tbsp
Walnut Meal – 2 tbsp
Sofit Soya Milk Vanilla Flavour – 200 ml
Chia Seeds – 2 tbsp
Grated Coconut – 2 tbsp
Sofit Soya Milk Chocolate Flavour – 200 ml
Pumpkin Seeds – 2 tsp
Chia Pudding is a great way to get rid of them no-good hunger pangs. When paired with SOFIT Soya Milk, it’s packed with nutrition and is a great source for a boost in energywhich means loaded protein, omega3, fibre and antioxidants without any preservatives or cholesterol.
1. Vanilla Chia Pudding with Sofit Soya Milk
PROCEDURE:
- Soak chiaseedsinVanilla Flavoured Sofit Soya Milk for 10 minutes.
- Blend half a banana with chocolate nibs.
- Make mashed pulp with the other half of the banana.
- Start by creating a bottom layer of walnut meal.
- Then add the chocolate mixture made using banana and chocolate nibs.
- Go on to add the pulp made with using the rest of the banana.
- Add a generous layer of soaked chia seeds.
- Top it up with pomegranate seeds.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
2. Chocolate Chia Pudding with Sofit Soya Milk
PROCEDURE:
- Soak chia seeds in Chocolate flavoured Sofit Soya Milk for 10 minutes
- Start with a generous bottom later of the soaked chocolate chia.
- Add freshly grated coconut to the chia seeds.
- Top it up with pumpkin seeds.
