Ingredients
3 cups whole wheat
3 cups cooking oats
2 cups carrot puree
water as needed
2 cups coconut milk
12 tbsp peanut butter
5 tbsp cornstarch
Instructions:
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C.
- In a mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour and cooking oats.
- Add carrot puree to the dry mixture in the mixing bowl.
- Using water as required, make a batter.
- Grease cake tin and transfer the batter.
- Decorate the surface with Benevo Rumble Strips and Benevo Dog Food.
- Bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the frosting by adding peanut butter to cold coconut milk.
- Add cornstarch dissolved in some water to the mixture and blend at high speed.
- Ensure that the mixture does not get heated up. You can place the mixing bowl on ice cubes to maintain a cool temperature.
- Refrigerate frosting and set the cake to cool once it is done baking.
- Add layers of frosting to the baked cake.
- Finally, top it off by adding Benevo Fresh Breath Baked Biscuits.
