Ingredients
Bionutrients Soya Milk Powder - 250g
Bionutrients Coagulant (Calcium Salt) – 28g
Water - 4 Litres
Method:
- Add 50ml Water in the Coagulant
- Stir it properly
- Add 3 Litres Water in 5 Litre Capacity Cooking if using entire packet. Else Reduce Accordingly.
- Add BioNutrients Soya Milk Powder slowly
- Dissolve it properly and boil the mixture
- Keep stirring continuously
- After Boiling, remove the utensil
- Add prepared Coagulant in the mixture
- Keep Stirring
- Put Wet Muslin Cloth
- Pour the Coagulated Milk in the Mould
- Fold the Muslin Cloth
- Press it for 15 minutes
- Remove the INSTANT TOFU from the mould
- Put it in the water
- INSTANT TOFU is Ready
