Ingredients
Soy Milk
Vegan Protein Energy Bars
1. Add 1 cup rice puffs, 2 cups granola and 4 scoops IN2 Plant Protein in a bowl.
2. Mix 2 tbsp maple syrup with 1/2 cup peanut butter. Add it to the plant protein mix.
3. Add 1/2 cup dry fruits, and pumpkin seeds and flax seeds. Add a pinch of cinammon and mix.
4. Set the mix in a flat container and cut it in rectangular bars to serve.
Protein Packed Smoothie Bowl
1. Add 1/2 cup frozen bananas, kiwis and grapes along with 2 kale leaves in a blender.
2. Add 1 scoop IN2 Plant Protein.
3. Add cinammon to taste along with 1/4 cup plant milk.
4. Blend. Top with fresh fruits and chia seeds.
