Healthy & Delicious Vegan Wholewheat Shawarma Recipe using Vezlay Mock Meat.

Ingredients

Vezlay Indi Chop - 1 packet

Red chilli powder - 1 TSP

Coriander powder - 1 1/2 TSP

Salt - To Taste

Batons of cucumber - 6 PCS

Batons of radish - 6 PCS

Batons of carrot - 6 PCS

Any Chosen Dip - 4 TBSP

Whole wheat Chapatis

Method:

  1. Marinate the Indi Chop with salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
  2. Put on skewers and roast for 15 min at 200ºC.
  3. Cut the meat into bite sized pieces.
  4. Heat a chapati and put in the bite sized pieces of meat.
  5. Add batons of cucumber, radish and carrot along with your favourite dip.
  6. Roll it up and serve hot.
