Ingredients
Vezlay Indi Chop - 1 packet
Red chilli powder - 1 TSP
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 TSP
Salt - To Taste
Batons of cucumber - 6 PCS
Batons of radish - 6 PCS
Batons of carrot - 6 PCS
Any Chosen Dip - 4 TBSP
Whole wheat Chapatis
Method:
- Marinate the Indi Chop with salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder.
- Put on skewers and roast for 15 min at 200ºC.
- Cut the meat into bite sized pieces.
- Heat a chapati and put in the bite sized pieces of meat.
- Add batons of cucumber, radish and carrot along with your favourite dip.
- Roll it up and serve hot.
