Vegan Chocolate Barfi with Epigamia Almond Milk

Ever wondered how to make dairy-free barfi? This super easy recipe shows you how. Buy Epigamia's Almond Milk here.

  1. Roast the coconut in a pan.

  2. Add the ground nuts.

  3. Add sugar to the pan and mix.

  4. Slowly add Epigamia Chocolate Almond milk and cook for 10-12 minnutes.

  5. In a double boiler pan, melt chocolate with Chocolate Almond milk until smooth.

  6. Let both mixtures cool and then mix them together.

  7. Flatten the barfi out in a tray and sprinkle with dry fruits or a topping of your choice.

  8. Let the barfi set in the refrigerator and cut it into pieces to serve.
