Vegan Coconut Barfi with Epigamia Almond Milk

Roast the coconut in a pan.

Add the ground nuts.

Add sugar to the pan and mix.

Slowly add Epigamia Chocolate Almond milk and cook for 10-12 minnutes.

In a double boiler pan, melt chocolate with Chocolate Almond milk until smooth.

Let both mixtures cool and then mix them together.

Flatten the barfi out in a tray and sprinkle with dry fruits or a topping of your choice.

Let the barfi set in the refrigerator and cut it into pieces to serve.
