Vegan Dalgona Coffee

Ingredients
2 Cups Soy Milk (plain)
3 Tbsp Sugar
3 Tbsp Instant Coffee
3 Tbsp Hot Water
Method
1. Put the hot water, sugar and coffee in a bowl and start whipping it with a whisk. Make sure the bowl is big enough. And then whisk and whisk and whisk.
2. The dark mixture will slowly become fluffier while its colour becomes lighter. Once it is so thick that it doesn't drip when you lift the whisk up in the air, you know it is ready.
3. Half fill the cups with soy milk (you can put some sugar in it if you like your coffee sweet). Then with the spoon, top it with the thick creamy mixture.
And that's all about vegan dalgona coffee.
