Ingredients
1 1/2 (or more) cups oil for frying
1/4 tsp baking soda
3-4 cardamom
1 cup sugar
100 gms boiled sweet potato
1 slice white bread
1/2 cup coconut milk
Raisins
Saffron Strands
Method:
- Mash boiled sweet potato
- Add bread slices to the mash
- Add 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Add oil
- Add Coconut Milk
- Add Cardamom Powder
- Mix it well
- Add a raisin to each portion and form balls
- Roll into balls
- Fry
For Syrup:
- Heat sugar and water in a saucepan
- Simmer for 3-5 Mins
- Add saffron strands
- Add Gulab Jamuns to Syrup
- Ready to Serve
