Vegan Tofu Makhani with SOFIT Soy Milk

Sofit Soy MIlk
Here's how to make it:
1. Add 3 tbsp oil in a pan along with 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, chili and a medium sized onion. Saute until the onion turns brown.
2. Add 2 medium sized tomatoes.
3. Add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp garam masala, 1-2 garlic cloves, 1 tsp green cardamom, 1 tsp black cardamom and stir.
4. Add half cup water and cover. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
5. Add Sofit Soy Milk to make the curry.
6. Add fried tofu to the curry and mix.
7. Serve with a hot naan!
