Ingredients

Cashews

  1. Soak the cashews in room temperature water overnight or in warm water for 15 minutes.

  2. Blend the soaked cashews with half the quantity of water, and salt and pepper until it reaches a smooth and creamy consistency.

  3. Transfer the mix in a bowl and cover it with a cloth.

  4. Leave the cashew cheese to ferment for 12-24 hours.
