Ingredients
Juice of 1 Lemon
Soaked Soyabeans (Preferably Organic and non-GMO)
Blender
500 ml Water
Stove
Material for Sieving
Method:
For Soy Milk:
- Remove the skin from soaked soyabeans (as much as possible)
- Transfer soyabeans to blender
- For 1/2 cup soyabeans, use 400 ml water (Do in two different blends, half and half)
- Blend the mixture
- Use old Muslin Cloth or Nut Milk bag to Sieve
- Boil the thick soy milk
For Tofu :
- Add Juice of 1 Lemon to Soy Milk to Curdle
- Pour the curdled soy milk into the sieve
- Leave it for atleast 4-5 hours for it to completely set
- Tofu is Ready
